Shipping
Orders received by 10:30 am Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays are despatched same day.
Orders under 2kgs are normally sent Royal Mail and over 2 kgs by courier however you may choose courier shipping for orders under 2 kgs if you wish.
Charge are typically £2.98 and £4.99 for small orders shipped Royal Mail 2nd/1st Class.
All orders shipped by courier will incur an additional £6 shipping charge. Please add item OFFSHORE to your order otherwise we will contact you separately to take the additional payment.
Note small orders under 2 kgs can be sent by Royal mail and incur no additional charge.
Next Day Service
Items showing a Next Day service available can be shipped same working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays) up to 2 pm on a next working day tracked service to mainland UK - charges apply and are shown during checkout.
Returns
Should you have a problem with the contents of your order please contact us asap, within 30 days and we will work with you to rectify the problem. You must obtain a returns number from us prior to returning any goods.
